Unless you applied with B.E.S. (Border Entry Services) for your Trusted Traveler application, we cannot help with any of the following:
Lost or stolen cards
Lost or forgotten passwords
Known Traveler Numbers (KTN)
Passport Updates
Card Activation
Your questions will be answered within 1 business day if you are a B.E.S. client or you are inquiring about becoming a Trusted Traveler member.
